25-year-old Justin Bieber has been going through a time of change recently. He got married to Hailey Baldwin in front of GOD, and has been reflecting on his past racism and his treatment of women. And now he has commemorated his moment of change by getting the word FOREVER tattooed on his neck, along with a bird. A bird who is thankfully on its way to eat up those struggle beard hairs on his neck.
TMZ says that JBiebs and HBiebs went to church on Wednesday, and that’s where he sort of debuted his newest work of inky art for the paparazzi. Justin’s hood was up, so the paps only got a peek.

And because Justin Bieber really wants the bird community to fly to a plastic surgeon’s office to get a whole new look since their old look is forever on the neck of Justin Bieber, he showed off his two new tattoos on Instagram.
Never mind that birds have been through enough, Dr. Woo did a good job. I just hope this isn’t the beginning of some kind of dark Aaron Carter boy-popstar tattoo-swing. But on the bright side, if Justin does have another breakdown and get a face tattoo of Rihanna, Dr. Woo will not make it look like a knock-off Bratz doll with a mustache.
