My biggest gripe about the U.S. is that our talk shows and TV in general are so much more boring than what they have overseas. They’ve made Celine Dion gargle out the Titanic theme song, and now they’ve put Ryan Reynolds in a unicorn mask to fool a bunch of contestants on a Korean game show who had to guess who was the voice behind “Tomorrow” from Annie.
Ryan appeared on King Of The Masked Singer, a game show that masks eight celebrities and has them sing in front of the audience. The contestants then have to guess who is the person behind the mask. Suddenly, it makes so much sense as to why Kim Jung-un wanted to make peace and get to South Korea as soon as possible!
Ryan said that he was so secretive in making it to the stage that he hadn’t even told wife Blake Lively that he was going to belt out Broadway hits in unicorn garb. Once a gossip girl, always a gossip girl, I guess. He said he was so nervous that he was wearing an adult diaper. I wish I was wearing an adult diaper for when one of the contestants guessed it was Donald Trump behind that mask. Ha! I mean, Donald would definitely do that, but still…show some respect to Deadpool, South Korea!
