Kathy Hilton joined her sister Kyle Richards on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this year, becoming a Friend of the Housewives. And while Kathy has been teased as acting ridiculous on the show and seems to have no sense of reality or simple facts (always a sign of a good cast member), Kathy may also want to brush up on a few things if she wants to keep her job. On a live stream with Kyle, Kathy wondered what “channel” the show is on. Bravo’s mob boss Andy Cohen is going to get Kathy for this. I’m sure Kathy woke up to find a half-broken RHoBH diamond in her bed as a warning.
Hollywood Life says that Kyle and Kathy did a live-stream on Instagram to promote RHoBH. Problem was, Kathy wasn’t sure where to catch it. The TV just has so many channels these days!
“Everyone’s got to tune in for the West Coast feed at eight o’clock,” Kyle told viewers of the live-stream on June 3, in an attempt to promote Season 11 of RHOBH that just premiered on May 19. This prompted Kathy to ask, “What channel is it on? Because a lot of people ask me.”
Kyle was taken aback at the fact that Kathy didn’t know what channel her own show is airing on. “What do you mean what channel is it on? It’s on Bravo, Kathy!” Kyle exclaimed. Kathy attempted to defend herself, which just made fans laugh even harder. “There’s other places! It’s on Hello and it’s also on Apple, right?” Kathy asked. Yes, Paris Hilton‘s mom referred to the streaming platform Hulu as “Hello.”
She can’t even pronounce Hulu! It’s four letters! Their co-star Dorit Kemsley commented on the post saying “It’s too good,” with a laughing emoji. Kathy has been confused before. Kyle recently shared a clip from the show where Kathy popped a can of Red Bull at one in the morning because she thought it was a “soft drink.”
I’m sure Kathy is just taking a page out of her daughter’s “Play dumb”-routine. Paris Hilton made a whole career out of “pretending” to be a blonde dum-dum and now it’s mama’s turn!
