Lil Nas X has decided to come out with a Christmas song. But since he’s a 21-year-old Gen Z and the youth generation are all about that inclusivity, while it is Santa-themed it’s called Holiday so that all denominations can enjoy. Well, provided that denomination doesn’t mind Hot Gay Santas, because there’s a lot of that going.
Lil Nas X had been teasing the new music on Twitter–it was his first single in almost two years. Michael J. Fox even appeared in the teaser of the video à-la Back To The Future reference.

And it basically was. The video took us 200 years into the future of 2220 where Lil Santa X has created the most sculpted white updo I’ve ever seen and has swapped out elves for robots, which was probably for the best. Those Christmas elf unions are no fucking joke. Gay Santa then delivers all the equally gay-toys to the people of the world…? I think… It’s for sure more about the visual than the narrative. Also, he raps the line:
“I may bottom on the low, but I top shit.”
So that’s how gay.
Honestly, the video was okay and the song is for sure stuck in my head, but All I Want For Christmas Is You sure doesn’t need to watch the throne. She’s sitting pretty as the Queen of Christmas songs, Mariah Carey need not worry or get upset. Megyn Kelly on the other hand is going to be livid. We all know she passionately refutes any depiction of Santa where he isn’t white.
