Jason Momoa posted a video to his Instagram of him passing on some knowledge to his 11-year-old son, Nakoa-Wolf. We know Jason Momoa is a wild man who feeds bears with his face, so clearly this knowledge is very on-brand with that. The important knowledge he passed down to the next generation was how to throw a tomahawk. Jason showed off his tomahawk-throwing abilities and taught the world that sometimes a blade-wielding madman with his nipples out is fucking hot.
While on his tomahawk-throwing range (which looks like the set of that show Carnivale), Jason got into the mechanics of what he called “the ol’ no look huck”. He explained it’s “not essential to look” when throwing a tomahawk and lobbed off a couple without looking, missing most of them. But in the video, he says to his son:
“Have a little glance, then turn away. It’s not really important, just make sure no one’s walking in the way, you know what I’m saying Wolf?”
