Two Salt Lake City YouTubers, Collin Randle and his friend Arcenio, built a mobilized couch contraption (which is basically a couch that moves up to 30 miles per hour) so they could live the dream of every introverted stoner and My 600-lb Life star by never having to actually leave their couch to pick up their fast food.

These two inventive knuckleheads drove through the streets of Salt Lake City and lived the American dream by stopping at a McDonald’s and ordering fast food deliciousness from their couch.

According to Mashable:

Fast-food loving, high-flying YouTuber Collin Randle is a flight student and paramotorist — that’s a sport that combines paragliding with a motorized, caged propeller if you haven’t heard of it.

For this project, Randle and his friend Arcenio combined a couch, a children’s bike, a couple of wheels and a paramotor to create the stunningly hilarious and totally not street-legal contraption you see in this video. According to Randle, the idea was a spin-off of his brother Chad’s idea – a skouch (a couch on skis). This incarnation, which Randle calls the ParaCouch, seems to be more versatile.

Sadly, they didn’t also hit up Walmart to see if a certain former Hot Slut Of The Day was still driving her electric shopping cart while drinking wine from a Pringles can. That would have been a party. I mean, if you had asked me in college where I saw myself in 10 years, I would have said, “Driving my couch to Subway to order a turkey sub before heading over to Walmart to drink wine from a Pringles can… and maybe sample some KY jelly while there. Thanks to these two inventive American heroes, that dream is one step closer to coming true:

And it isn’t as unwieldy as you might imagine. The pair drove it past a speed radar, and it clocked in at 32 mph. According to Randall, they might have gone even faster, but the  tires kept blowing during their attempts.

“We were really worried cops would pull us over and take it from us. Luckily there were no police,” Randle told Mashable. “Every single person we passed stared as we drove by. Random people took pictures and a family member sent us one of his friends posted a picture on Instagram of us driving by on the street tagging us as the elusive swamp couch.”

Hopefully they will never get pulled over or have their couch car taken away, because it a piece of functional art. McDonald’s and La-Z-Boy have already created the perfect McDonald’s couch with a chiller in it to keep your McFlurry a perfect 33 degrees, so now with the invention of a couch that can bring you to a McDonald’s drive-thru, we are going exactly where we need to go: straight to HeartAttackVille and then to hell. But at least there will be McNuggets!!!
